Question about Tachiyomi

I was wondering if there's a way to filter out / hide specific genres? Like, I sometimes go thru the "latest" releases for mangadex but it's filled with hentai/ecchi manga, which I would like to avoid. Is it possible to hide a genre from all sources? via /r/manga https://ift.tt/2H6w4R8
