Why is there so much 18+ stuff being released recently?

Like if the thousands of average anime wallpapers weren't bad enough, I noticed that MMD's and straight up hentai increased in upload rate and (unfortunately) popularity. Is there any specific reason for it? Was there any change in rules? via /r/wallpaperengine https://ift.tt/2KwFt2L
